In 2021, a Design Code to guide the redevelopment of Units 1-14 was published, with input from local groups and architects. The Design Code seeks to capitalise on the opportunity that this site offers by contributing both to the Employment Zone and to RBKC housing need. In line with the Code, we are proposing new homes which are functional and take into account the diverse needs of new residents, and which correspond to the space standards set out in the London Plan.
